Overview

We represent individuals, communities and organisations whose constitutional rights and fundamental freedoms have been violated, threatened or ignored by state agencies, private actors or institutions.

Our work combines constitutional petitions and judicial review with negotiation, advocacy and engagement with human rights institutions, so that a remedy in one case can also change the practice that caused the violation.
