Children's Rights & Protection

Children at risk, children in conflict with the law, guardianship, abuse response and child-sensitive justice.

Overview

Children require legal processes designed around their age, safety and best interests. We represent children and the adults protecting them, and we work with child protection actors to keep proceedings safe and dignified.

Our approach is trauma-informed: we coordinate with caregivers, social services and specialised support so that legal action does not compound harm.
